4Ps Framework
We turn demands into action and stories into systems change.
Our ASK-LISTEN-ACT approach is anchored in our 4Ps Framework, (People, Practice, Policy, and Programing).
These are not steps on a checklist but our belief in how change must happen. It starts with People by placing women, girls, and their communities as decision makers, not data points. It moves through Practice in how providers deliver care with dignity, respect, and accountability. It requires Policy with resourcing so that commitments on paper are matched with budgets that follow women’s priorities. It culminates in Programming where solutions are designed for the whole life course. And it finishes where it began, with what women and girls say they want, so that their truths remain the measure of rights. Together, the ASK-LISTEN-ACT approach and the 4Ps framework form our Theory of Change, enabling us to bridge the gap between women and girls’ voices and sustainable impact on their health and well-being.
